Port Augusta is at the Top of Spencer's Gulf in South Australia. We are 300 Kilometres From The Capital City, Adelaide. Known as the Gateway to the Outback, All roads to the North or West pass through it.The New Alice to Darwin rail link was supplied through Port Augusta and rail lines and sleepers from Us or Whyalla. We are nestled at the foot of the beautiful Flinders Ranges. |
We as a Club Cater for all people Restoring Cars-Trucks-Motorcycles-Stationary Engines- These can be Veteran, Vintage, Classic, Special Interest or Relatively Modern. The Club was established in 1983 when Bob Tancock and Jeff Willmott had an idea that a Club would be a good idea, they approached Eric Mortlock with the idea and a Public Meeting was called. The Club was officially formed on the 3rd of March 1983. Thirty three people attended the meeting which was chaired by Eric Mortlock. | |||||||||||||||||||||
